Before Morgawr was released to the public on August 27th, 2002, I received two emails from separate fans who had received and read advanced reading copies of the book who were livid that the final book in the trilogy had no climax. I had read the book months previously, and I knew that I didn't feel this way, but why would someone else think it? The answer was actually quite simple.
The Voyage trilogy is one, continuous storyarc. I realized the entirety of Morgawr, from cover to cover, is one huge climax to a story that had been building in Ilse Witch and Antrax. There of course would be no climax at the end of the book because the whole book is a climax.
And now it all begins anew with the new trilogy, set to begin September 2003. Expect it to be even more agonaizing waiting for each installment. And I can hardly wait for the pain to begin.
